  • The 2016 Draft saw a WR taken first overall for the first time in league history

  • The Kosher Nostra won their 3rd straight divisional title in their 3rd year in the league

Final Regular Season Standings

A seismic shift happened in 2016 as the East Division suddenly exploded to contain the three best teams in the league that year in Coach Rubs and the Ganja Farmers, both with 10-3 records, and Sloppy Joe locking in another wild card seed at 9-4. This came at the expense of division mates Brock and the Sneaky Greek, both of whom had losing records and failed to qualify for the postseason.

The North Division struggled for the first time in its history, with only one team having more wins than losses - the Kosher Nostra, who put up a middle-class 7-6 record en route to their 3rd division title. The Law Firm and Q both backed into wild card spots with a 6-7 record while the Toll Booth and Commissioner Stalin watched from the sidelines during December.

The East Division absolutely dominated this year, as Coach Rubs put up far and away the most points per game with only Sloppy Joe and the Ganja Farmers anywhere close. The sheer domination of those three came at the absolute expense of Brock, who turned out to be the 4th highest scoring team en route to a 5-8 record and once again missing out on the playoffs. Interestingly, the Law Firm scored just one more PPG than the Sneaky Greek, but Anthony ended up as a wild card seed at 6-7 while Eleftherios had to pay trophy shipping at 2-11. SUCKS
