2015 Regular Season

  • The second - and to date, last - franchise to cease operations occurred before the 2015 season, as MileHI Manning folded after a 1-12 showing in 2014

  • The league took on its current form, as Sloppy Joe was brought in to replace the defunct MileHI Manning franchise

  • The 2015 Draft saw a new low for QBs taken in the first two rounds with 4

  • Another tie! This one: another epic battle with late season effects: a Week 12 battle for last place between Q and DJ that ended, somehow, 211.5-211.5

Final Regular Season Standings

Once again, the East Division struggled to produce much talent as Coach Rubs backed into a divisional title via tiebreaker with Sloppy Joe as both tied with very mediocre 7-6 records. These mediocre 7-6 records were just one game ahead of the next two mediocre teams in the division, the 6-7 Brock as well as the Sneaky Greek. Meanwhile, over in the North Division, the Kosher Nostra ran away with the title for the 2nd year in a row as, once again, the Toll Booth and Commissioner Stalin shared identical records and locked themselves in as wild card seeds. The Law Firm, despite again playing in the much stronger division, pulled off a 7-6 regular season and used it to sneak into the final wild card spot as the 6-seed. Q and the Ganja Farmers, as mentioned before, had an amazingly epic tie for last place in Week 12. The Ganja Farmers have been involved in both ties in league history

Believe it or not, the highest scoring team during the regular season was actually Coach Rubs. Commissioner Stalin wasn’t far behind, and the Kosher Nostra, the Law Firm, and the Toll Booth all put up numbers worthy of a title throughout the 2015 season. We’re not quite sure how Joe, giving up more than he was putting down, almost won the division, but that’s neither here nor there. What’s really amazing is that both Zack and Brock managed to score less regular season points than both of the teams that won just two games during the regular season
